Air Experience Flying RAF Wyton Saturday 29th May

Another early start, but well worth it as excellent weather meant everyone got airborne.  This was the first opportunity for many of our younger cadets who have just completed their First Class Airmanship module, and indeed 7 cadets had their first flights.

Sunday the 13th was a mix of good and bad luck. Bad luck being we had
to be up for an 0600 departure; good luck being crystal clear weather
for flying.  We took along our full quota of cadets, plus some spares and
everyone flew, including CI Mr Ward. All cadets had the chance for hands
on flying. A few brave souls even tried a taste of aerobatics for the
first time. Everyone agreed it was worth the effort of getting up early
on a Sunday. In fact, it's what sets the ATC apart from the rest!
